Richelle Lawrence is the guiding and motivating force behind “Play is the Concept”.

As an educator and trainer, Richelle has been inspiring audiences for over 10 years. Richelle’s teaching style, combined with her deep passion for the subject areas she speaks about, ensures learners a well rounded and idea-filled opportunity to gain skills, knowledge and values to assist them at work.

Richelle believes the easiest way to learn is through fun, play-filled experiences which relate to the needs of her clients.

Behind all the fun and excitement, Richelle also helps audiences identify the challenges and get real about the solutions. She encourages thinking outside the box, expanding horizons and taking a good look at making differences to one’s life as well as the lives of others.

As a former foster parent of two and someone involved with children, youth and families for over 20 years, Richelle has a strong commitment to improving the well-being of people. Whether she’s training, consulting or speaking, her goal is to help others to live life and to be the best they can be.

If she’s not training and supporting others, you’ll find Richelle golfing, swimming, walking, drawing, playing tennis, the guitar or with her boxer dog Champ. Play is an every part of Richelle’s life.
